Crawl, Walk or Run
Getting to Where You’re Going
We’ve all heard the saying “you’ve got to crawl before you walk.” At some point, you have to decide to get up off of your knees and take that major first step. It’s okay to think, dream and make plans to accomplish a goal or achieve a desired effect, but it is NEVER, EVER going to happen If you don’t take the steps necessary to make it happen.
I know I’ve written a lot about dreaming and wanting, but those are only starting points to get your juices flowing. They were/are intended to get incite the creativity in you and uncover the possibilities available to you and your future. It’s where you begin to make decisions about your life and the lives of those that rely on you. But it’s time to wake up out of the dream and begin to make things happen. In other words, your crawl must rise to walking.
Get Up. Your Crawl Must Give Way to Walking
Now that you know what it is that you would like to do, what is the next step that is going to advance you towards that goal. Hey, don’t look at me, I don’t know what you’d like to do. I am certainly willing to talk to you about it, you can always reach me here and I would absolutely be willing to help you uncover your potential as wells as the steps you need to take to advance to Phase I of your plan. I’ll say it again: Your crawl must rise to walking.
Before anything can occur, you must decide if you are really in the game or not. It doesn’t matter what others tell you that you are capable of doing, if you don’t believe it or don’t see yourself achieving it, then it’s never going to happen.
What you do is up to you. Now are you going to “reset” (your life) or not?
