Meet Charita H. Cadenhead

Charita H. Cadenhead is a mother, grandmother, writer, storyteller, content creator, and practicing licensed Realtor® in the State of Alabama. She is the creator of Renew Refresh Reset Your Life, a platform dedicated to sharing meaningful stories, interviews, life lessons, and experiences that encourage reflection, growth, and new beginnings.

Charita is also the creator of All Things Charita, where she shares her love of personal style, dresses, lifestyle finds, home décor, and products that catch her eye. Through her content, she enjoys discovering and sharing ideas that inspire women to express their personal style and enjoy the things that make everyday life a little more interesting.

Her creative journey includes writing, interviewing people, hosting the Renew Refresh Reset Your Life internet talk show, and hosting the About the Book segment on a local radio show. When she’s not creating content or working in real estate, Charita enjoys painting and experimenting with fluid art whenever she can.
