Take Baby-steps to Achieve the Big Goal
When you’re reaching for your goal, sometimes getting there may seem a bit overwhelming. In large part, that may be because you are trying to take on too much at one time. To get to the big picture, you have to start looking at the baby-steps that it will take to get there.
Break it Down
Starting with the Big Goal (what you want to accomplish) and a timeline in which you would like to achieve this goal is essential. Without a timeline, you will end up spinning your wheels and getting frustrated. Now let’s just sit down and create an outline of the things that you need to do in order to reach that goal. You can view the outline as smaller goals to reach the end result (which is your big goal) with each smaller goal having a timeline for completion as well.\
If you can do this and make it a habit with every goal that you have, you’ll find that your baby-steps will make your big goal seem like a breeze to achieve. You will make more progress this way and experience less frustration in the process.
